Wonderful H Processor Laptop at this price
I write this review after a week.Pros1. 12450H processor is really fast2. Low Price (bought at 35k)3. Display is stunning4. Battery is long lasting (7 ~ 9 hours)5. inbuilt MS Office 2021 life long version6. many USB ports and and sim card port (though you might not use it)7. Touchpad is really large and comfortable to useCons1. Speaker is worst. cant use it to watch movies / attend Video calls without external speakers/microphones2. The keypad could be much better though backlight is available3. Webcam quality is not that good4. Poor Graphics card. not for Game loversVery good purchase for Office use. And simple games and softwares can be used without any trouble.I am much happier with this purchase at this price. Thanks Amazon

I am sharing this post after using this laptop for 4 days. This is an amazing device with state-of-the-art technological features.upper body is metallic and durable. However, it feels like plastic and lower is plastic. Overall physical appearance is appealing. weight is ok and easy to carry in bag.There is no doubt about the performance of this device whether it is used for home or office. I can’t say anything about gaming here because I am not very much fond of. Battery drains in 4 hours approximately in normal use.My concern is about the orientation of some key buttons like right shift button is small as compared to left. power button could be placed little bit upper side as it sometimes hit accidently while using del button.sound quality is average, but it can be improved with the following method.1. open Realtek audio console2. click on speakers3. Turn on omni speakers4. Set equalizer to rock or powerful mode.The above setting will definitely improve sound quality.The blue indicator lights are sometimes annoying specially using while night. it should be on the right or left lower edge of the device. it is small issue but should not be overlooked. I rectified covering those with translucent sticker.All in all, it is a great budget deal in this festive sale. Certainly, go for it. Thanks

Steps I followed after purchase to increase the performance and battery:1. Removed unnecessary apps using windows debloater.2. Disabled unnecessary startup apps.3. Removed pre installed MCAFEE antivirus bcs it drains battery.4. Force uninstalled Edge and office 365 (not office 2021) and MS hub.5. Set theme to dark mode and set wallpaper to dark for saving battery.6. Updated all the windows apps in store and all the system updates.7. Partitioned the drives.8. Checked display with online pixel test and screen bleeding test.9. Checked run time of laptop inside task manager (cpu).What I liked:1. IPS Full HD display2. LPDDR5 16 gb Ram3. 180° rotation4. Premium feel with less bezels5. Office 2021 lifetime6. > 5 hours battery life7. Build quality is great8. Backlit with dim & bright option9. Fast bootup10. 512 gb gen4 SSD11. Big trackpad12. Low noise dual fans13. Metallic top lid14. Decent weight15. Lastly i5 H series processorDislikes:1. Rattling sound near hinges (not very loud but may be due to new hinge)2. Speakers are not good at all3. Box seal is open 🥲

I have received without Amazon packaging Acer laptop today with seal tempered condition and have observed few things:1. It has a scratch in lid.2. I am provided with a local charger.3. While switching on it was not starting. Then I need to charge to start.4. While starting for the first time I have got two options(picture attached).One is to restore another one is to setup new windows. As I have purchased a new laptop it shouldn’t be a restored, right!!5. There should not be any anti-virus in a fresh new system however I have received a outdated anti-virus on my system.6. After stating the window Product Registration window poped up and I see the OS activation date is 04.09.2024.So I called Amazon customer care and told the whole story, one of the executive told me that he is registering a complain. However I have not received a mail yet. As a customer I was expecting atleast a reciprocation from the Amazon.I already have shared the photos through the link provided by the customer care agent while calling, I am attaching all the picturs for your reference.So I mailed Amazon customer care writing the whole story.Last but not the least it’s after 10 days not one contacted me from Amazon.On the 13th day the product has stopped working. Nobody bothered, you being a prime member, a purchase of Rs. 37K, once they delivered, it’s yours, no responsibility from Amazon India.I only have one question Amazon: just because it’s a third world contry, Quality check.. can it be zero?I have Dell laptop with me for last 3 years, before that I had a desktop, both were purchased from local and it worked excellently.I suggest people to purchase at your own risk. Because you never know what is coming and how long it would work.
