Installation is expensive
First start with cons I will give air conditioner 5 star but the installation person will charge you 1400 rupees for air conditioner installation as well they put stand for outdoor unit that will cost 800 but when I’ve seen online it will cost you 500 some pipe and fitting total they charge 2500 additional which is expensive I guessLet’s go on pros nowAir conditioner is good functioning well cooling is super good build quality is good it’s still a newbie I’m gonna post more further as per time I will suggest please do buy rest of stand and pipes online otherwise they will charge you higher

Pathetic buy !
I am writing this review after using this ac from last 3 months and very disappointed with overall product and post sales service .I bought this because i have already 2 ac from carrier brand and working absolutely fine from last 7 years and since this is brand from carrier and available at lower price so decided to go for it , but unfortunately this brand is no where close to carrier .- Uneven airflow is issue and very heavy and annoying noise is coming.- it didn’t turn off in single click it went in sleep mode and for no reason airflow is going on , multiple complaint done and after multiple fixes include PCB change still still issue exsists.- Service agency in jaipur is really bad they don’t even now how to operate from remote .I would say don’t for this brand just to save few thousand rupees its complete waste of money and time.Carrier pls discontinue this brand or improve quality else you will loose your brand value in India.Not recommended!!
