pathetic product and pathetic service.
Waste of money. will never buy samsung products in my life.i bought this fridge in nov 2023 within a month, i noticed droplets of water forming precipitate below the milk tray. All my utensils would be filled with water dripping from the milk tray above. I requested for a repair, which didn’t work for more than a month. few months later, the issue became unbearable and i arranged for a repair again, with the customer support. The technician came and did something which didnt work at all. When i tried to contact him, he didnt respond. I spoke to the customer support executive, they promised that the issue would be solved within 24 hours… nothing happened. Pissed off, i called the customer service executive again, and asked them to connect me to the supervisor. He promised me that the issue would be solved within 48 hours…Nothing happened. 3 days later, I called th customer service representative again to look into my repair request status, and to my surprise, i found out that the ticket was closed! This is how Samsung treats their customers.Worst refrigerator.worst service.
