Writing this review after 1 year.This is a very poor product. During warranty I had many problems which were reaolved. After 1 year its warranty ended. In my video you can see that the AC has stopped working . It’s fan as well as cooling system is not working. Only swing is working. I have another AC from another company which is working perfectly even after 6 years. But Voltas AC is such a disgrace. Pathetic.Do Not Buy.

If you buy voltas AC means you will never happy with their service.In 84 Days completely brokedown.As per their own service engineer in all new AC from Voltas that cooling coils are to poor quality.If any problem you got in your AC after that you will be always in pain and headache from Voltas customer service team service engineer and service center.Customer service problem : they don’t know about anything they sitting in customer service department to register a complain on which they never tell you what’s going on that complain.Service engineer problem : service center and DSC not providing enough tool to check the issue because they appoint only one person more then 15 jobs they have not enough time to check issue properly.Service center problem: If any how service engineer identified the issue and due to bad luck If any part issue then they don’t know when that part will get because they have billing issue and lots of thing that make delay – and delay which they also don’t know when it will resolve.And if you escalated that issue after multiple mail and call then they provide you escalation details where you will received 3 number of level 1 to 3And unfortunately all 3 number will never respond your call..By the way MY AC completely brokedown in 84 days after purchase.

control plate not working properly, making lot of sound.
AC was working fine until under warranty. Now its control panel is not working properly, some time we have to reset main power because it stops cooling.Don’t know which one is best AC for home now.
