   Value for money, good features, great cooling tech and Noiseless
   Update – 8 Jan 2022Its more than a year since I purchased it, it is still rocking without a single issue till date. No noise, no heating issue nor any of the accessories are damaged, it still gives the perfect coolness as when it was new, vegetables stay fresh for almost a week, I used my Heinz ketchup for 6 months while it expires in 2-3 months in normal conditions. Most important electricity bills were always normal, they never spiked to absurd numbers after installing refrigerator, Color as good as new, not at all faded. Also, It all brings down to how you maintain it :-)Old review when I bought it:Important advice before starting to use any refrigerator: The copper coil emits poisonous gas which is harmful. So, keep the empty refrigerator running for minimum 7 hours without any food items. And afterwards clean it with a dry cloth using lemon and eating soda mixture. Now start using it.Packaging: Packaging was good but not satisfactory.Outside box was hard enough but inside Foam popcorn was not used on all sides. It was only in frontside and corners. Due to this during transport there was a small dent on side where there was no foam,which chipped off the paint with a visible patch. But I didn’t return as it was negligible for me and didn’t wanted to go with whole process.Delivery:Delivery was very quick but I was not in town hence I had set date in advanced and I got delivered only when I returned. Thanks too local officials for that they didn’t mind. But delivery boys were not professional in handling this kind of product, they don’t understand the senstivity and always in hurry, even broke 2 wall tiles while moving it in.Installation:Within 48 hours from delivery,A service engineer from Samsung will do the installation. All scheduling will happen through samsung customer care and will be handled by Amazon itself. Don’t open the pack till he comes to claim returns if any damages.Product:Price: Value for money. LG comes with same price range but doesn’t have useful features of samsung atleast for this model. I bought it in offer for 33490/- with 10% discount of 1500 on HDFC credit card and a 1250 cashback in Amazon pay. So it cost me around 30740/- which was a bargain price.Features:The highlight is 5 in 1 convertible. You can set your fridge to whatever way you like it. Freezer can be set to fridge if extra space needed or Even set to off. The below fridge can also be set to off if needed(Vacation setting).But fridge cannot be set to freezer :-)Refer the above product description for different settings.Though the converting from one setting to other takes bit time but it’s not more than 20mins.Temperature: 5 different temperatures as per your needs and weather. Freezer can go as cold as -21 degrees and fridge as low as just 1 degree celcius.Power cool and freeze: These are not much useful if your refrigerator already running at peak setting. Other times and during restart or during a party they are useful esp. Power freeze.Space: Mine is a 345l for a family of 4 with frequent guests. And it’s quite spacious you can go for a 273L if you need a extra bottle storage with smaller vegetables box. Vegetable box for this model is big enough for 1 weeks food and easily slides with a push.Shelves: They are toughened glass and hard. You can keep anything but don’t go for too much weight and heavy items. Keep light and small items as many as you can. Can be moved up and down as needed.Cooling and Deodrizer: I am using it for 1 week now, I haven’t noticed any fowl smell. And cooling is top notch evenly distributed across all corners. Try to keep items away from vents to not block the cool air, also don’t add too many items into fridge so it’s not fully pack. Use only 70% space so that it doesn’t affect the cooling functionality. It has kept everything fresh till date. It doesn’t have CoolPack and Freshroom for 2020 models but it’s not a necessary if you don’t have long period current outages in your area. If you need it buy 2019 model.Noise: The first day it will make noise but don’t worry after that it barely makes sound. You won’t hear anything until you are sitting right next to it.Frost free: It’s automatic, you don’t need anything to do. But once or twice a month do it manually. Water is collected in a drain tray at back but You cannot open the backside it fully packed. I contacted the customer care to understand this, they said the water collected is evaporated back in the cooling process. If drain tray is full and water starts leaking don’t waste time contact them.Door alarm: Yes, I haven’t timed this but approximately 2-5min I guess. If you miss this there is will be longer another alarm again in few minutes.Led light: Fridge has a LED light and freezer doesn’t but not necessary I guess. Only if you are taking something from freezer in midnight it’s a concern:-)Looks: It’s awesome! Doors comes with shine finish and side with rough pattern. Color is inox and it’s best, other colors cost extra.Ice cubes: The freezer comes with a ice cube box which has two ice makers and a toughned glass tray. The ice box comes with a twister for easy pull out of ice from the tray. Box is movable and not fixed so when not needed you have more space again:-)Power consumption: Ask someone who have used it for 6 months or year. But I think it doesn’t consume much as stated in description. 2020 models are rated 3 star, 2019 models are 4 star but for your info it’s same. This happened due to change in energy consumption rules by government.No need of stabilizer but still it is recommended if you are in a high electrical fluctuating areas.This range of model is best according to me.    Truly convertible refrigerator [Surprisingly good]
   Fridge and freezer are quite spacious.Convertible————–Yes, this is truly convertible. As follows :- Freezer can be converted into a fridge and also be turned off.- Fridge section can also be turned off. [So, can be used as a mini-fridge or freezer to save electricity]Cooling Power—————–Quite good.- If you come from a direct cool refrigerator, you will be amazed by how quick and low this fridge can cool. – As you can see from the images, I currently use it at -19c for the freezer since I have ice cream and 5c for fridge. Cools down normal room temp drinking water in about 20-30 mins.Initially I was skeptical as there is no door cooling like in LG and only 7 vents at the back of fridge but it is quite good, so good that I am glad i didn’t purchase LG door cooling model since it costs a bit more and consumes more electricity as well.- Twin cooling is not a gimmick, there are actually 2 separate fans with separate channels for circulating air and freezer and fridge air don’t mix.- Ice takes about 20 mins in -19c [Even ice-cream stays frost in this temp]. Really good that freezer goes till -23c not sure what would the use be.- I keep fridge temps at 5 or maybe at 3 – but the drinking water gets really cold so i prefer 5 which is perfect for storing butter, milk, curd, vegetables etc.. [And it due to it being inverted compressor it will maintain the set temperature. So, doesn’t matter if outside temp is hotter or colder , if we set 5c, 5c is what we get which is great]Space and other features—————————— As you can see from the picture the freezer is really spacious, Can fit a 1L bottle, movable icebox, 1L ice-cream boxes (2) and there is a lot of space left.- Vegetable box is Quite large as well and actually retains moisture to keep them fresh [you can see mist and few water droplets due to moisture on top of vegetable box]- The vents in the fridge section are plenty [I was initially skeptical]. And based on the temp set and indoor temp the fan speed is automatically adjusted [But if you feel for some reason is not fast enough you can enable power cool or power freeze based for either fridge or freezer which will set the fan speed to max].- The fibre based odour fiilter is I guess decent – I have not faced any odour issues, but then not sure if the odour filter had anything to do with it. [at temps lower than 10c, typical odour causing elements become dormant and are not that active so … u get the point]- You will also get a manual, on how to control the panel of refrigirator and features with a magnetic strip to stick it onto the fridge which is a nice touch.- Unlike other refrigirators, this one has a movable icebox, so you can convert the freezer to fridge and remove the ice-box and store vegetables or other items in the freezer.- Overall, really spacious – As u can see from the pictures, there is ample space for 5 member family [Please jusge me on the junk food]. Also, can’t stress this enough, the bottle shelf is really large, u can keep unusually long and wide bottles here.Heat dissipation, sound and nvh levels———————————————- The coils for heat dissipation and given in the sides and top of the refrigirator and both sides and top of refrigirator is covered in a heat sensitive textured material which gets warm to touch since it is dissipating heat.- There is absolutely no noise and vibrations that can be felt, but if the outside temp increases and heat dissipation is not happening passively, there is a fan [as u can see in the picture with the vent] which vents out the air for efficiency actively. The air being pushed out is very subtle – like it would not move a paper and doesnt make any noise, maybe a little if you put your ear near it.- The back of the refrigerator is fully covered and there is a slot of power cord which is good while shifting.- the leg of the refrigeratotor is adjustable.- There is no light in freezer cause it would break/burst due to moisture trapped inside forming ice.- The Led white light in the fridge is great offers great visiblity [None of that yellow halogen bulbs].Delivery and installation—————————– The delivery from amazon is excellent. its an open box delivery – you can and they will open the box and inspect for damage both inside and outside [Make sure every shelf, box etc .. is taped and there are no scratch marks – which might indicate that is could be a demo unit]. I got a new peice and there was no damage and in perfect condition.- Installation happened on the same day, and they plugged the refrigerator and adjusted the level using foot peg adjuster and explained all the features once i switched on.- They mentioned about extra 1 year warranty for some 800 odd bucks but i refused and stated that I had taken an acko extended warranty for about 500 bucks, they were fine with it.I think I covered almost all points. hope it helps, since when i was researching for a refrigerator, there was no proper reveiw.This refregerator is better that whirlpool 265 or 340 etc.. which is a no-brainer since the whirlpool model is not truly convertible. [the Ai mode is a gimmick, and proper temp cannot be set and compressor is only 3 step speed compressor while samsung is 7 step speed compressor].I shortlisted the LG model with door cooling and the samsung [non-curd maestro] , finally bought this samsung model [Note: even though it is a 2020 model, you will get a 2022 manufactured model only, don’t worry] because The LG Door cooling model is a bit costly, smaller in capacity and consumes more electricity [Trust me – you don’t need door cooling]Thank you.

   Disappointing Experience with Damaged Product and Poor Replacement Service
   I saw comments about damaged products but trusted Amazon’s delivery quality due to past positive experiences. Unfortunately, I received a damaged product this time, which has shaken my trust in Amazon and the seller.Pros:- Good storage space- Ideal for 4-5 members- The black model looks premium and stylish- Compact height, fits well in any spaceCons:- Haven’t used the product due to damage, so no usage cons yet- Seller and Amazon failed to replace the product, forcing me to return it for a refund- Lost all offers and deal prices with the returnOverall, this fridge is a good option for families seeking an upgrade. The 5-in-1 conversion feature is impressive, and Samsung is a reliable brand. However, I recommend reading all feedback and seller reviews before purchasing.
