Worst Product and Support
There is a constant Fan noise coming from the system, even if we don’t open any app. Went to dell service, contacted online support and in person support, all of them said its how the laptop is designed.Why should i pay 57k and listen to the constant noise always?Also the Dell exclusive store – Thuraipakkam – Chennai, said since this is bought on 3rd party (Amazon) they cant do any help on it.Amazon said since they are only a platform they wont do a return or replacement.

Good Laptop for Professional Use
Good laptop for professional user and light weight you don’t even feel that you carried a laptop in your bag. SSD is powerfull so bootup time is around 10 to 12 seconds. Silver color feels like premium. Value for money.

Incorrect MS Office version written in product description.
Overall the laptop is good but MS Office Home and Student version in product description is shown as 2024 but actually the laptop comes with Office 2021 only.

The laptop is overall good and it gives best performance,good for daily uses also.go for it & don’t buy it from online cuz you didn’t get any product key for MS activation go to offline stores for buying,just understand why I’m saying this.
