Wrong product Delivered
I ordered for this product, “Inspiron 3511” in July/2024 last week, but received “Inspiron 3520” from “DV IT STORE”. I called and inquired the DELL support and they replied is 3520 is much advanced version of 3511 device. Due to the reason I have decided to use the 3520 and the experience is like in a HELL. The very first issue found is unless AC power is plugged, it wont start quickly. Batter gets discharged fast when unplugged. Can’t put the device on sleep mode while on Battery. My device crashed. Many a times display wont appear and takes longer time to show up. And it is god’s grace if Mousepad buttons function correctly always. Right click button fails many times. I have 16 GB RAM and SSD but on mounting an external hard disk, it takes longer time to respond to load it and also delays to respond on its files or folders. And not sure why whenever I try to create a new folder, it creates it but before I rename it, cursor goes and settles in the explorer’s address bar. Dealing with RDBMS instances is much horrible. Many a times I lost either connection to the local DB Server or received a shocking statement that the DB got corrupted. I am suffering all these even today. Return policy was closed within 1 week after purchase. But the issues started popping up slowly after that. Not sure how to get rid of this device. I won’t recommend to accept any deliveries to accept unless it is the same as ordered product. I am giving very -ve rating for this product and seller. Amazon too should have a method to check if the delivered product is the same as the ordered one. Amazon too is responsible for not checking the details of delivered product. They are checking that the “order is delivered” but not the “ordered product is delivered”.

I got it in sale and at the price of 40-45k this is the best for professional use comes with windows 11 and ms office works very well for students below 12th can handle coding and can do all the professional and business work

Pathetic
My warranty expired on April 10th, I was told today. Did Dell inform me? No.Anyhow, all was good till yesterday evening. I tried opening my laptop, before 7 pm, and fragmented shards of something fell out. The frame surrounding the screen gave on the lower right hand corner – as you can see in the pic. I immediately called the Dell shop at Phoenix Market City (thanks to Google) and explained exactly what had happened. They gave me the GBS Dell Service center’s number. Which I called. They said it was after 6.30 pm and the Dell section was closed. I needed to send a message on whatsapp so they could send me their location. Landed up there today. Mahalakshmi, who spoke to me yesterday said I’d have to leave my laptop behind, and pay Rs. 4,730 for the frame and the back cover to be replaced, but there was no software issue. The laptop was working fine. It would take 4 to 10 days for the frame/back cover to arrive. Till then, they would keep my laptop with them. I was willing to pay, and wait till the replacement part would arrive,but wanted to take my working laptop home. I called the Dell showroom again. The guy at the other end said he could do nothing. Also, I had bought the laptop from Amazon, so I should go to them only. I could post anything I wanted – post on social media – which I said I would, but the rule is the rule, and he would not interfere in the service center matters.So, my laptop, a gift from my husband and family, for my last birthday, is home, working fine and cannot be closed.Another thing with my Dell laptop – every time I turn it on, it goes straight to the Microsoft home page. I’m a Google Chrome person, and I hate that. But, Dell wants me to pay, and do things their way!

Laptop heating up from day one
This laptop was not in good condition. It was heating up so much while plugged in. We could not work on it for more than few mins.
