Best laptop in this price
I purchased this laptop during 2024 Diwali sale and it’s a overall beast laptop in price of 63k. If you got this laptop around 60-65k simply go for it without any second thought.

Old manufactured laptop (several issues)
I received this laptop with new condition but encountered with serveral issues.1) laptop box was damaged :Box was damaged, since I really needed the laptop asap, I thought it might be the external damage only so, I opened it with video recording. Lucky laptop itself was safe but all layers of packaging was similarly damaged.2) Old manufactured product :it’s manufacturing date was June 2023 but I ordered it in March 2025.( It should be the latest manufactured, atleast after June 2024.)3) Missing fingerprint sensor :Everywhere in the internet it is mentioned that this model comes with fingerprint sensor at the power button, even the dell website itself verify it, my friend is using the same laptop with the fingerprint) but this laptop has no fingerprint.4) warranty was expired:I logged into dell website and registered this product then I got to know is it’s one year warranty was already expired. When I reached to dell customer support then I got to know it is seller’s responsibility to reset the dates before shipping the product, after few discussion they enable the one year warranty for this product.5) several issues with the software (OS)After the set-up , it started hanging and suddenly screen blacked out. I reached to the dell support and they instructed some steps and screen became visible but the issue was the same then they suggest to do the complete reset this laptop .The thing is why it is becoming mandatory to reset the laptop at the first step for newly purchased laptop. After reset things become normal.6) softwares update not working properly.This is the part of above problem mentioned, while updating the updates for windows same update is downloading again and again. It is also resolved when I reset the laptop.Summary: this model of laptop is good but , I believe this seller has the old stock and some issues with it (made in china) because of that I faced this much issue.My suggestion will be don’t buy it from this seller “SINCE 2012”.

Best laptop
I really liked the product the built quality is awesome and display is fabulous battery life is good and long lastingI recently purchased the Dell 5430 Thin & Light Laptop, and so far, I’m quite impressed. It packs a Core i5-1235U processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD, which makes multitasking smooth and quick. The 14″ FHD display is sharp and offers great visuals whether I’m streaming videos or working on documents.

Worst laptop I ever bought
Inspite of taking extended warranty , replacements of motherboard done twice , hard disk crashed when everything was wkg fine, hinges issue …..due to heat it came out , and so many issues within a span of 4 years.2020 purchased n then 2023 extended warranty, when it was under warranty then also there were issues ….under extended warranty …..only the thing is all hardwares are of no use …I don’t know what motherboard replaced twice but system is still having power issue…..I have not worked on that pc since Feb properly . And when I gone to consumer forum. Advance resolution person again told me the same…not possible as per warranty terms n conditions. And told me to play for 2 more months, give answers to their repeated questions as usual , n this warranty period will expire.Mgt is not approving the system replacement request .Since a year of facing issues and data of almost 15 years which was invaluable….n they are enjoy ready to compensate.I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY DELL AS EVERYONE SAYS SERVICE IS GOOD .SERVICE IS GOOD TILL THE TYM THERE ARE MINOR ISSUES. when situations are not bearable for them they will answer like this .Till the time you don’t strict action, no higher person will reply…even if they reply same thing …not under t n c…so why to go for Dell …cheated me….
