BOSCH superb refrigerator.
At first I was thinking of buying samsung 332l 2door convertable which was priced around 35,000.But I was fed up with the same old design,which was a little booring.So i researched in internet and watched many YouTube videos and got to know about BOSCH MAX FLEX refrigerator.At first sight it fascinated me with its features and looks.Though it was launched in 2022 but its max flex featurs cannot be matched with the recent 2023 refrigerators.But I was little worried about its services as it is an emerging brand as compared to its competitors LG/Samsung etc.So I went to the local store and asked them about BOSCH service so they told me it is available at your location, JAMSHEDPUR (JHARKHAND).So i made a minde to purchase it,and purchased it from the seller (“DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PVT LTD”). KolkataThe seller is good and the overall packaging and delivery was sleamless,it was delivered before the delivery date,as I live in remote location CHAIBASA.I found it with not a single scratch and dent in it, i will give 5star rating for delivery.He dispatched my item with DELHIVERY courrier service,and got it delivered in my home in no time.I checked and installed it by own and till now it’s working fine.It’s very heavy almost 71 kg because of solid build quality.GERMAN THING!Though it has wheels from which you can easily move it,but without wheels it’s very difficult to move around,and height adjustment screw in both Front legs.For service related and and query they have what’s app chat bot,as I have provided screenshot.Just tap and enter the desired problem and you are good to go.#note side walls of the refrigerator may get warm which is normalCONS:-No light in the upper freezer compartmentLess bottel shelvesDue to its glossy material front you got to see finger printsso if you are looking for a good refrigerator then atleast have a look on this,i would totally recommend you.

Functionality
Most of the convertible refrigerators available in market are not truly convertible… This refrigerator is a truly convertible in the sense that the second compartment can be converted to Freezer or Fridge basis one’s choice. I am bit wary since Bosch is new entrant in Indian refrigerator market and time only will tell if it meets the German standards.

Great Product
Superb product in this price range, I had whirlpool earlier which i would rate only 20% compared to this one. Storage capacity is much larger. Items are a fresh for days. Go for it.

This review is after 2 months use. It was delivered smoothly. Installation and quality demo given by bosch technician as per scheduled timelines. Look wise 5 out of 5. It gives nice rich Look. Heavy and sturdy one. Spacious and well designed. Almost No noise. Overall fully satisfied. Thank you.

Product is good. Installation delayed and took almost 5 days.
Product is looking good. As we have to see how it goes over time. Amazon does not creates installation request to Bosch. I have called amazon customer care so many times and they does not have any clue who creates installation request. I have waited almost 3 days and no one came for installation. Finally i have called Bosch customer care and they said amazon does not created any installation to us. Bosch created installation request by customer. They also took almost 2 days for installation. Product manufacture date was 1 year old. Freezer compartment does not have any light.
