Very bad quality!!!The plastic broke into bits near the hinge.Gave for fabrication at Dell.The engineer says to open the screen from the middle and not the side!! Speechless

Poor battery life, getting high heat
I bought the above laptop in last month. Not even a month, the laptop is getting heated very high and battery life is less than 1 hour and screen is going blank often. I’d like to return my laptop and get my money back. Please let me know the steps how to return my laptop.

The hinges broke in 4 months.
