Liked the HP Laptop
I would rate the laptop 5 out of 5 as it is quite easy to operate and responds quickly.One thing which I wish it had was the colour on the keys buttons. One has to go close and view from the top to read the digits. Black or Grey markings would have been ideal.

Broken Laptop Received – no solution provided
Absolute disaster. A laptop with broken panel was received and return was initiated immediately. No one came to pick the product – and despite booking pickup multiple times no one turned up nor any solution was provided.

Bad display quality
Good for basic use.Display is not for watching movies in a good quality. You’ll find laptops with better display at the same price point.Keyboard doesn’t have a backlight.
