Bad service by Amazon and HP
My Laptop was having issue of Camera not working so I try to return Laptops but Amazon suggested me to contact product manufacturer and I log report asking Visit from HP service , so they accepted to technical person visit after 15 days so that return period gets end and after that HP cancel the technician visit, it’s really cheating by both Amazon and HP.If any official from any brand above read this pls revert me

Over all laptop is good but fingerprint is not available and the warrenty started from October 2024
I recently purchased a laptop from Amazon that was advertised as having a fingerprint sensor. However, upon receiving the product, I found that it does not include this feature. This discrepancy is highly unprofessional on the part of the seller, listing team, and packaging team.I contacted Amazon customer care, and they have arranged a return/refund process. However, I do not want a refund—I need a replacement for the correct product instead. The entire process of ordering, waiting for delivery, identifying the issue, reporting it, and then waiting for a refund takes too much time. This defeats the purpose of online shopping, which is meant to save time and provide convenience.Here’s a breakdown of the delay:Ordering and delivery take 5-6 days.Identifying the issue and reporting it takes 1-2 days.Amazon’s response and processing of the return take 3-4 working days.Pickup approval takes 2-3 days.Refund processing takes up to 13 days after approval.This entire process results in a significant loss of time for the customer. I trusted Amazon for a seamless shopping experience, but this situation is highly inconvenient.I kindly request a direct replacement instead of a refund so I don’t have to reorder and wait again. Please escalate this matter and provide a resolution at the earliest.Looking forward to your prompt response.Best regards!

Misleading Claims and Defective Products
The seller claims to provide Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus with lifetime validity during purchase. However, they fail to deliver on this promise, which feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. Additionally, the seller provided a defective product. Within a month, we started facing issues with the laptop and are now struggling with customer care to address the warranty. This has been a highly frustrating experience.
