Never buy, worest laptop and worest service
The laptop was not working properly and it was heating so much,I connected with so-called customer service from both Amazon and HP no help, they arabsolutely useless. No proper support, just endless excuses! This is the worst experience, still didn’t get repair service. I regret this purchase and strongly warn others—DO NOT buy from Amazon specially this laptop, if you value your time and money!

I received a perfect product. There’s no issues in delivery and also in product. This is give me feel like Mac. Even I like it’s features also – size, touch, backlight, 360 rotate. I suggest to them who are students or work in corporate, go for it, it’s worth full product.

After using this laptop for nearly 1 month I can say it’s one of the best laptop the Hp has it’s totally awesome to use and the display quality is very clear and better battery backup, nice sound quality and if you are interested in any art the tilt pen with magnetic attachment to laptop will be your favorite and it is 360 degree rotation is very useful and it is totally worth to buy this laptop at the range of 70k, Thank u all🤝👍
