They delivered a defective laptop and once I placed a request for refund, it took them more than a week to take it back and even longer than that to process my refund.Will not be purchasing any HP products in the future.

Awsome value for money
I got this for 83500 rs which is worth the price to notch performance they have used samsung ssd 1tb and nayara solution ram i guess which is ddr 4 16gb and the 144hz display 8bit that give awsome clarity sharpness ! Performance is awsome

Not loaded with basics softwares
There is lacking of MS OFFICE, Some popular games and even slow response with high graphics. Leggings of websites opening and all.

I am not satisfied this system , its gpu not performing than my previous system asus rog. fresh peice graphic card not working properly, service peupil cannot solve the issue. purchased on March 1 2025 through croma store.
