First of all, great product. Absolutely no complaints. But, they have got to pay attention to every single product they manufacture, since when i first got the product the keycap puller just wasn’t big enough to pull the keycaps! I mean the marketing thing is “5-1” tagline but the thing is out of the 5, 1 didn’t even work. Well i replaced it and now it’s fine for Lapster has got to remove this “return and replace for a working product” headache. Otherwise, all of the functions work amazingly well.

Received used item + Bad Quality
They sent me a used item. Clearly see discoloration and dirt on the bristles.The main brush also comes off the handle. It’s pretty useless.Seems someone returned the item after using it and the seller did not care to check before shipping it!! What horrible behaviour and horrible quality control.
