I am living in HyderabadAmazing product from LG and awesome delivery by Amazon.Amazon Delivery:Amazon delivered this product safely and securely without any damage. Kudos.The 3m copper pipe was missed but got fixed the issue, check below details to know how I have fixed it.Installation by LG:LG contacted and scheduled the installation service. The installation person very polite and they know their work very well. Charged exactly what they serves and they provided a detailed service bill with same quote of price.Very pleased with LG service.Product Performance:Very good product. It’s have all the features what I need. Cooling is very quick and no issues at all.I like the two features which impressed me.1. AI cooling which sets the AC automatically to desired temperature and auto adjust all the features to serve and maintain the cooling. It’s like washing machine fuzzy logic. Very cool and effortless feature.2. LG ThinQ app. It’s remote control can handle from anywhere. It’s scheduler features shines the app purpose. We can schedule the cooling for daily to avoid midnight chills.Finally… I am happy with LG and Amazon for their services.Thank you LG and Amazon.How to solve missing copper pipe issue:1. First, don’t open the product once it’s delivered.2. Wait till LG service team can open the package.3. Capture the images while LG team unbox the product.4. If copper pipe was missed in outer fan package, then hold the installation for few minutes and call to Amazon customer care.5. Inform to Customer care for missing item.6. Amazon team will accept the refund and they will provide you a link to upload the invoice.7. Now proceed with installation process and pay extra money to LG service team for copper pipe.8. LG team will mail the service bill where they will mention the pipe installation details as well.9. Now upload the service bill invoice and images which you have captured while unboxing time. Upload all via the link which Amazon team provided to you.10. Now finally call back to Amazon customer care, inform them that you have uploaded the invoice and request for refund.11. Finally Amazon will refund the 3 meters pipe cost only to your Amazon pay wallet.

Good Product, Expensive Installation
Product is good and no issues with Cooling or any other functionality.The installation was expensive, Amazon installation says 1199 + Tax, but the total installation cost is 1199 + Tax + Stand Cost + others = 2651.Also, the copper wire was missing and the LG installation person told that I need to contact Amazon and they will reimburse, I called Amazon customer care and they said they will reimburse upto 3000, the wire costed me some 3300.Amazon reimbursement is in form of Amazon Pay balance, so I actually ended up paying CASH as below to the LG installationInstallation Cost – 2651Wire Cost – 3300Total – 5951Amazon should look into why copper wires are missing from packages, it seems to be a regular issue as installation guys were aware of it even before opening the package, it is un-necessary issue and headache for customer buying from amazon.

Reviewing LG (PS-Q19SWZF) to be specific..
We have been using this AC for about a month now and one thing I can say is that if you want a good AC with many a lot of smart features then LG is the brand to go with. You can schedule when you want the AC to turn on or off and monitor energy withing the app as well.Pros:1) 6 convertiable modes all working as described.2) AI mode can automatically control the AC according to your usage patterns and the weather3) LG ThinQ app works great and has a good UI as well. You can control this AC using Alexa and G. Assistant as well so makes it easier if you have Google Home or even Assistant on phone works fine.4) Low noice level when not using it in jet mode.5) Jet mode can cool the room in just 2 minutes (* The jet mode only works for 90 mins at a time)Cons:1) I was charged around 2700 rupees for the installation ( Mentioned charges were Rs.1200+18% GST = Rs.1416) ( They charged extra 1000 for just letting down the outdoor unit form first floor while we had a way to go out to the outdoor unit they refused to do it that way)2) It is quiet noisy when using jet mode but I think as that mode is ment to be used when there are many people the noise will become negligible.Overall I would say it is a good AC for the money and providing you get the 2022 model it is good. I also checked for the same model in offline but they only had 2021 model ones So I decided to go with Amazon.Speaking of Amazon the delivery experience was good as always and packaging was good.

I am fully satisfied with this AC.Amazon safely delivered this product within 24 hours.This is really a good product. It’s have all the features what I need. Cooling is very quick and no issues at all.Installation by LG:On time installation has been done by LG. The Micro dust filter was not installed but got fixed the issue by LG technician on the next day, I am happy with LG customer support.Very pleased with LG and Amazon service.For those who are unable to turn on or off you AC using Alexa, please change the name to anything apart from keywords like’AC or Air Conditioner’. Ex I have name my AC as Smart AC. Now I am enjoying on/ off features poperly.

Product works fine and installation done well and the AC functionality is good, AI is working superb and it’s getting cool from 38 degrees to 25 degrees in 30mins in AI mode and Jet mode is too cool in workingAir flow is good and well maintained and direction of siir flow is well maintained and controlled by us on which side should flow.Overall trust worthy and valuable for money for investing on this AC
