Stable, sturdy and amazing!
Really amazing product. If you are looking for a sturdy and stable ball head mount, go for this mount. Not so cheap, but worth it. Also, the seller keeps contacting you and keep asking about any issues encountered, which is such a nice gesture from their end.

Value for money product
The ball head is brilliant. I have used it with mobile and camera-lens combo up to 1.5kg. It handled that much weight flawlessly. The 360 rotation is buttery smooth as well as the ball head movement. Of course ball is not for smooth panning for videography but if frequent panning is not required, this head can be used for small video shooting also.

Value for Money and Prompt Delivery
The product could be used with my Sony Tripod. It was perfect. And it helped me get my camera with long lens stable on the tripod.I would appreciate user manual with the product explaining the functions of the three knobs. I could use only one and couldn’t figure the use of the other two knobs. Must be useful but in the absence of use manual, it reimagined unexplained.

Very good product for lighter lenses may be Max 300 mm to 400mm lenses ..liked it but had to return it as I could not use my Heavy lens 600mm on the ball head ..it was not holding up .Overall prompt service ,good sturdy one for lighter lenses n well packaged ..thank you Amazon

Perfect for a travel tripod
Attached it to my gitzo carbon travel tripod and it’s just perfect. Very solid and sturdy. Will definitely work for my 70-200 & 150-600 plus it’s arca Swiss type so very convenient to add different lens without having to remove the base plate… will definitely give a full review after using it on the field

No support from vendor
The product itself is good; however, the vendor’s support is severely lacking. I called the number provided in the product details to purchase an additional quick release plate.Initially, my call was answered, but subsequent attempts were met with silence. The vendor has not responded to my messages on WhatsApp either.It appears they are not interested in providing adequate customer service or support.
