Scope to improve installation team
In recd Whirlpool refrigerator, jo where it is recommended that stabilizer is required but reported Whirlpool Engineer for installation compulsory asked to install Whirlpool stabilizer, without which Refrigerator will not consider under warranty, same reported in telephonic feedback to Whirlpool , but not seen any action or update

Poor product
Very poor product before one and half year complete screws on freezer take rusted…and company says we are not responsible for rest, them Who are responsible for local screw. Are customer responsible ? So don’t buy this one….

too basic product
If you can afford another one, choose that, this is too basic, but then not a very bad product at this rateThe product was openbox and now I am having troubles with that. Let me put the pro and cons here1) Delivery boys were asking for tip, I had to say NO many times to send them off2) Since I was away, my son were given some instructions to check the box, but then issues were other than what normally expected, now that we accepted the product, we cant to anything…3) The fridge is too basic, parts are too fragile and plastic used is very very poor quality, the glass shelves dont have thickness, I am afraid it wont break when we place something inside.4) The image in amazon shows the compressor pipe is covered, but actually its open, the pipe is open and exposed not covered.The only good thing about the product is the colour and space.Hence my suggestion, avoid openbox, if you are not at homeIf you have better budget, opt for some other modelTake your own time to inspect each and everything, even if the delivery associate try to rush things up.
