Missing pieces
I ordered 2 sets. One pack was intact with 20 pieces . Other was having 6 pieces missing. I wanted it as,a return gift so kept it otherwise would have returned it if there was time

Missing figurines and duplicate puzzle pieces
I had ordered 15 of these puzzles for my daughter’s birthday return gift. Only when I opened one of them that was meant for my daughter did I realize that the puzzle had 10 duplicate pieces. 4 stands were given for figurines, but no figurines were part of the given puzzle!! There’s no point in asking for refund also now as the rest of the puzzle boxes ordered have been given away as return gifts!!! I can only hope that they are all not defective!!!! 😥
